Reynalyn "Rey" Hall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University, with both degrees in Social Work. Throughout her career, Rey has served in senior leadership roles at nationally recognized behavioral health organizations, including American Addiction Centers and Universal Health Services (UHS). These experiences have deepened her clinical expertise and broadened her perspective on mental health care across systems.
Rey brings extensive experience from a variety of treatment settings, including inpatient hospitals, residential care, PHP/IOP programs, and acute psychiatric and substance use facilities. Her clinical background includes behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and addiction recovery.
She works with individuals ages 16 and up, specializing in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, psychosis, substance use, school-related issues, and young adult transitions. She also provides family therapy and support for relational concerns.
Her therapeutic style is direct and compassionate, incorporating reflective exercises and homework to support progress. Rey integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and a Client-Centered approach to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
