These experiences have deepened her clinical expertise and broadened her perspective on mental health care across systems.

Rey brings extensive experience from a variety of treatment settings, including inpatient hospitals, residential care, PHP/IOP programs, and acute psychiatric and substance use facilities. Her clinical background includes behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and addiction recovery.

She works with individuals ages 16 and up, specializing in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, psychosis, substance use, school-related issues, and young adult transitions. She also provides family therapy and support for relational concerns.

Her therapeutic style is direct and compassionate, incorporating reflective exercises and homework to support progress. Rey integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and a Client-Centered approach to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

Rey's goal is to help each person reconnect with their goals and values. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help you become the version of yourself that you want to be.
