She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science and Health Informatics from the University of North Texas. Her academic background, combined with her experience in healthcare settings and public health, has fueled her commitment to creating efficient, caring, and client-centered systems within mental health practices.

As the Billing and Systems Associate and Office Manager, Erica handles a variety of behind-the-scenes responsibilities, including billing, insurance coordination, scheduling, data reporting, and ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. Her goal is to create a calm and organized environment so clients can focus fully on their care.

Drawing from her Mexican-Dominican American heritage, Erica brings cultural richness and perspective into everything she does—especially when it comes to creating a warm, inclusive environment for clients and staff. She takes pride in being part of a team that values care, connection, and the mental wellness of every person who walks through their doors. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her sweet puppy, Milo.
